The narrated Power Point presentation takes approximately 45 minutes. You will learn why training is important, what is problem gambling, why does it occur and what are its consequences. You will then have the company policies and procedures explained to you. These cover a risk assessment, Know Your Customer, having the tools in place, your company's problem gambling policy and the importance of trigger forms, customer interaction and staff training. This is followed by a short quiz, the provision of further reading and a short customer experience survey.
