You will learn why training is important, how you are expected to fulfil your legal obligations, how your company should be identifying problem gamblers by analysing their behaviour, how your company should then be interacting with them, signposting where to get help and what tools are available to control their play, then how your company should be evaluating their actions with customers and looking at how to improve. This presentation is followed by a short quiz, the provision of further reading material and a short customer experience survey.
