You will learn why training is important, what is money laundering , what is the funding of terrorism, how it works and your company policies and procedures to prevent it happening. This involves a risk assessment, Know Your Customer, Customer Due Diligence and Enhanced Due Diligence, the red flags to look out for and what to do when you suspect suspicious activity. This is followed by a short quiz, the provision of further reading and a short customer experience survey.
